The corner house has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Accommodation of 100 m², tastefully decorated and fully equipped, with use of the communal area with swimming pool, has Wi-Fi and a large fully fenced garden.
The house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and WIFI connection and with access to the private garden terrace (fenced) with garden furniture, awning and barbecue.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen (will be renovated before the summer of 2022), is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, mini blender and toaster. There is a courtesy toilet on this floor.
On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) with the main bathroom with a shower (new in 2022) and a washing machine, and a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and a small balcony.
The garage is closed and without access, however, you can park your car in front of the garage door inside the plot.
It is located 190 meters from the beach and is located in a quiet area within the Mas Pinell urbanization. It is a privileged area of the Costa Brava, located near the towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals and L´Estartit. Mas Pinell is a spacious and quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the population, which has an extensive sandy beach with views of the Illes Medes where you will find the peace you are looking for for your holidays. The Mas Pinell area is separated from the urban nucleus; In high season there is a restaurant/bar in the urbanization and some beach bars. The nearest supermarket is on the C31 road, 5 km away.
The house has fans and is ideal for a family vacation near the beach. NO pets!
