    Description

    Spacious house Les Dunes 8095 has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people with private garden and view at the community pool nearby the beach in the urbanization MAS PINELL.
    Accommodation of 120 m² cozy and fully equipped, overlooking the sea from the upstairs balcony and community pool with garden with lawn.
    The house has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, large size TV (only Spanish channels), DVD player and exit to the terrace, private garden (fenced) with poolview, BBQ and garden furniture.
    The ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, cookware, coffee machine, tea maker and a toaster. There is also a toilet on this floor.
    The stairway has handrails for persons with reduced mobility. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (4 individual beds) with a bathroom with shower adapted for persons with reduced mobility and a suite (double bed) with a complete bathroom and small balcony.
    There is a second terrace in the attic of the house ready for sunbathing and enjoying the pool view and sea breeze.
    The house has a small garage with washing machine and can be used as storage for beach stuff, toys or bicycles. It can't be used as parking for the car. However, it is easy to park in front of the house.
    It is situated only 30 meters from the beach and is located in a quiet area by the sea. It is a privileged area of Costa Brava,located near the towns of Torroella de Montgri,L'Estartit and Pals. Mas Pinell is a large residential and quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the population, which has a long sandy beach overlooking the Medes Islands where you will find the peace you are looking for during your holidays. Mas Pinell area is separated from the town center.
    IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included in high season. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent or out of high season, electricity/firewood is NOT included.
