The spacious house Les Dunes Mas Pinell (Torroella de Montgri) has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Accommodation of 120 m², comfortable and fully equipped, with use of the communal swimming pool in front of the house, has particular fenced and with direct access to the beach garden.
The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, flat TV with Satelit (Astra 19) and USB output and exit to the private garden terrace (fenced) and garden furniture, sunbeds, barbecue and an awning (remote).
The independent kitchen hob is equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. There is a toilet on this floor.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms (4 single beds) with the master bathroom, with shower and a suite (double bed) with bath and a balcony overlooking the sea.
There is a second terrace in the attic of the house, available to sunbathe and enjoy the sea breeze. The garage has a washing machine and can be used to store beach stuff. However it is not used to park the car, it is easy to park in the main street.
Located in beachfront in the urbanization MAS PINELL, with direct access from the garden to the beach. It is on the beach and is located in a quiet neighborhood next to the sea. It is a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava, located near the towns of Torroella de Montgri and L'Estartit. Mas Pinell is a large residential and quiet area, away from the bustle of the town, which has an extensive beach overlooking the Medes Islands where you will find the peace you are looking for your holiday. Mas Pinell area is away from the urban core; in peak season, a supermarket and restaurant / bar in the resort and beach bar.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included in high season. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent or out of high season, electricity/firewood is NOT included.Groups of young people are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

The staff are very caring and if there is a problem (like a light bulb has gone), they are usually there the same day but certainly no later than the next day. However, it is very rare that there is a need to ask for help etc. The house is always spotless when we arrive and being so close to the beach is wonderful. The sound of the waves as you sit on the balcony in the evening is so special.

This is about our 12th year of spending our main holiday at Mas Pinnel and probably our 4th year of booking through Reservas Mas Pinnel. Linda and her team are totally dedicated to ensuring you have a good holiday. If there are any tiny niggles, let see more
This is about our 12th year of spending our main holiday at Mas Pinnel and probably our 4th year of booking through Reservas Mas Pinnel. Linda and her team are totally dedicated to ensuring you have a good holiday. If there are any tiny niggles, let them know and they are on it immediately. This year one of the three toilets stopped flushing. Within hours of reporting it, a very lovely man appeared and fixed the issue within minutes. Because of the location of the house and the fantastic service of Reservas, we keep returning and we booked next years 3 week stay before we left for home. Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.

The villa is on the beach. You can hear the waves lapping the sandy shore as you enjoy breakfast on the terrace. Go up to the first balcony before noon to enjoy the view of the Ned and get a safe tan in the late afternoon the balcony is a shady havensee more

Wir haben das Haus für 4 Wochen gebucht. Einfach eine fantastische Lage, direkt am Strand mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Insel Illes Medes. Linda und Rody standen immer für Rückfragen zur Verfügung und haben alle Reklamationen schnell und zügig beasee more
Wir haben das Haus für 4 Wochen gebucht. Einfach eine fantastische Lage, direkt am Strand mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Insel Illes Medes. Linda und Rody standen immer für Rückfragen zur Verfügung und haben alle Reklamationen schnell und zügig bearbeitet. Ein sehr hilfsbereites Team.
Das Haus selbst bedarf jedoch auch einiger Erneuerungen (Sofa/Sessel). Fliegengitter im Schlafbereich wären auch sehr nützlich, da auch zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr viele Mücken dort waren. Es gibt wunderschöne Radwege und kleine Städte wie Begur und Pals. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt erforderlich, da vor Ort der Supermarkt zu dieser Jahreszeit geschlosssen hat. En líneas generales, las condiciones y ubicación del apartamento son de muy buena nota. Pero si mencionamos los aspectos mejorables, estos serian la limpieza y los accesorios de algunas estancias como la cocina, que no disponia de exprimidor ni sacacorhos, por ejemplo.

Todo la installacion del aire acondicionado esta cambiado el martes pasado, el tema mosquiteras hablaremos con el propietario para tener el año que viene montado. Espero que los 3 aire acondicionados mobieles que hemos puestos, ha resfrescado el alojsee more

Gracies per la valoracio
Aquest hivern el propietari canviara el pendent del sistema de desaigüe del jardi. La senyal es d'antena de comunitat que va tenir problemes i ja esta canviat. Gracies per tot i a revuere a Mas Pinell

Haus Nr. 4 war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der aufgeräumten Garage sicher abstellen und die ebene Umgebung damit auskundschaften. Die Anlage war sehr geplegt und auch der kleine Pool langt vollkommen zum schwimmesee more
Haus Nr. 4 war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der aufgeräumten Garage sicher abstellen und die ebene Umgebung damit auskundschaften. Die Anlage war sehr geplegt und auch der kleine Pool langt vollkommen zum schwimmen. Unser Kunstrasen war der Knüller auch für die kleinen Enkelkinder meiner Schwester die uns vom Campinplatz mit ihren Eltern besuchen kamen. Mit unserem kleinen Hobby Cat und dem Stand up Paddling konnten wir bequem zum Strand.Viele Restaurants z.B Das Picasso mit einem super 3 Gänge Menue für 15.- € ,waren geöffnet Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir würden nächstes Jahr rechtzeitig Schnakennetze anbringen. Könnte man in der Beschreibung empfehlen. Da es viele Türe mit Balkon sind, was sehr schön war , wäre ein festes Schnakengitter nur bei Fenstern möglich-dass sehen wir ein!

El lavavajillas da calambres incluso estando apagado. Debe tener alguna derivación, debería arreglarse o cambiarse.
En la planta superior hacia mucho frío por la noche y las bombas de calor no funcionaban (o quizás son solo de aire acondicionado)see more

Gracias por vuestros comentarios. Habeis ido los primeros inquilinos para estar en la casa. Hemos informado a mantenimiento para revisar el lavavajillas y las bombas de calor en planta. Espero que nos vemos pronto otra vez por Mas Pinell.
