This fully equipped house in Platja de Pals is situated about 1 km from the beach. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but you have everything at hand: a bar / restaurant at 200 meters, 100m to the tennis court, supermarket, shops and restaurants close by.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is air conditioned.
Downstairs you will find a spacious kitchen and a lounge with pellet stove. Free WIFI. Smart-TV.
The pool is shared with only 7 other houses and is spacious.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included in high season. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent or out of high season, electricity/firewood is NOT included.

Pinamar 2 is een mooi/ riante woning voorzien van alle gemakken en een goede ligging.

Het is fijn dat het huis dichtbij de zee ligt (10 minuten lopen) en er zijn mooie dorpjes in de buurt. Barcelona is met de auto 1.45 uur rijden.

Nvt, maar wel handig om te vermelden is dat het huis hoog gelegen is en daardoor via de voorzijde enkel bereikbaar is via een trap. Er is een pad aan de achterzijde van het huis met enkele traptreden naar de tuin, maar is lastig voor mensen die slechsee more
