Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom, and another shared bathroom. The master bedroom has air conditioning, ensuring a cool environment on the upper floor of the house.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a spacious open-plan kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room with pellet stove. You will also have access to free WiFi and a Smart TV. The house has a spacious private and fenced garden, ideal for keeping an eye on children or pets from the porch.
In addition, the chalet has access to a refreshing communal area with a pool, shared only with 7 other houses. There is also a parking space available at the house.
It is located in the Pals Playa area, which is a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. You will be close to everything you need. The Jodofi supermarket is less than 1 km away, and within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy delicious local cuisine. You can also explore the charming nearby towns of Pals, Torroella de Montgrí, and L'Estartit, which offer you a variety of options to explore during your stay.
Near the apartment, you will also find the Camí de Ronda, which goes from Pals to Begur, a beautiful walk along the cliffs and coves in the area, where you can enjoy the views, the beautiful beaches, and even the diverse flora and fauna of the seabed in the area.

Het is fijn dat het huis dichtbij de zee ligt (10 minuten lopen) en er zijn mooie dorpjes in de buurt. Barcelona is met de auto 1.45 uur rijden.

Nvt, maar wel handig om te vermelden is dat het huis hoog gelegen is en daardoor via de voorzijde enkel bereikbaar is via een trap. Er is een pad aan de achterzijde van het huis met enkele traptreden naar de tuin, maar is lastig voor mensen die slechsee more

Fijn huis waar het aan niks ontbreekt. Volledig uitgerust. Leuk ingericht ook (geen standaard vakantiehuis). Het is gelegen op loopafstand van het strand en andere voorzieningen. De WIFI is top (zelfs tot in de tuin).

Eigenlijk niks (de ‘verbeterpuntjes’al met verhuurder gedeeld). Wellicht eierdopjes aanschaffen voor eitje bij het ontbijt:-)? Jammer dat dit jaar de tuin droog/zand was. Wij begrepen van tuinman dat dit vanwege het sproeiverbod was.

Wat fijn dat jullie het naar de zin hebben gehad! Het is idd hartstikke zonde dat we niet mogen sproeien. We gaan er in het najaar aan werken! Jullie zijn van harte welkom in Pals als je nog een keertje wilt komen.
