Renewed with aircon in Mas Pinell (Torroella de Montgri) has 2 bedrooms (mosquito nets) on the ground floor and a loft with 2 bunk beds. Capacity for 8 persons.
80 m² decorated and fully equiped bungalow. It has views at the pool.
The bungalow has garden with barbecue, garden furniture (including 2 sunbeds) , fully fenced parcel with terrace.
There is air conditioning (heat/cold) in the living and dining room.
Reasonable consumption to 15 kWh/day is included. The excess will be charged.
There is a communal swimming pool + children´s pool (open all year round), small children´s playground, one open-air car parking place reservated, only spanish tv (USB connection).
The vitroceramic open plan kitchen, is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dish washer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
There are 2 bathrooms with toilette and shower at the ground floor.
Located 350 meters from the beach of Mas Pinell in a family-friendly zone called Mas Pinell. It is a privileged area of the Costa Brava, located near the towns of Torroella, Pals and L'Estartit. Mas Pinell is a large and quiet residential area, away from the bustle of the town, which has a long sandy beach overlooking the Medes Islands where you will find the peace you are looking for your holiday. Mas Pinell area is away from the urban core.

La maison est spacieuse, la climatisation très appréciée, tout le confort dans la cuisine avec machine à laver et lave vaisselle. La maison donne sur la piscine, un cadre très sécurisé et calme. La mer est très proche et pas bondée de monde

Une seule place de parking et beaucoup de difficulté pour garer la 2ème voiture.
La réception a des horaires très limitée et le personnel parle peu français.
Pas de supermarché sur place il faut prendre la voiture et faire 5/6km.
