Decorated bungalow of 80 m² and is fully equiped. It has views at the garden.
The accommodation is fully-equipped: garden (gravel) with barbecue, garden furniture (including 2 sunbeds) , fully fenced parcel (low fence) with terrace. There is air conditioning (heat/cold) in the living and dining room.
Reasonable consumption to 15 kWh/day is included. The excess will be deducted from damage deposit.
There is a communal swimming pool + children´s pool, small children´s playground (open all year round), one open-air car parking place reservated and tv (Spanish channels only with USB connection).
The vitroceramic open plan kitchen, is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dish washer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
There are 2 bathrooms with toilette and shower at the ground floor.
It is located 350 meters from the sandy beach of Mas Pinell the and it is located in a a family-friendly zone and in a suburb. Mas Pinell is a privileged area of the Costa Brava, located near the towns of Torroella, Pals and L'Estartit. Mas Pinell is a large and quiet residential area, away from the bustle of the town, which has a long sandy beach overlooking the Medes Islands where you will find the peace you are looking for your holiday. Mas Pinell area is away from the urban core.

Podríais poner luz en la zona exterior que ilumine para poder cenar fuera.

La remise de facture systématique car il faut réclamer plusieurs fois.
Il manque un commerce car petit market a fermé cette année et contrairement à ce qui est annoncé le camping nous a refusé l´accès à ses commerces.

Merci pour votre valoration. La remise de facture est un service extra et le departement fara le facture une vois de le semaine, perdone le retard. Je suis desole mais aussi pour nous est un surprise que le petit market a fermé. Il y a le grande nouvsee more
