The bungalow in Mas Pinell (Torroella de Montgri) has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a loft with 2 bunkbeds. Capacity for 8 persons.
Decorated bungalow of 80 m² and is fully equiped. It is close to the pool.
The accommodation is fully-equipped: garden (gravel) with brick barbecue, garden furniture , fully fenced parcel (low fence) with terrace. There is air conditioning (heat/cold) in the living and dining room.
Reasonable consumption to 15 kWh/day is included. In case of rental during the lowseason (October-May), electricity is not included and the consumption will be deducted from damage deposit.
There is a communal swimming pool + children´s pool (open all year round), small children´s playground, one open-air car parking place reservated and tv (Spanish only with USB conection).
The vitroceramic open plan kitchen, is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and toaster.
There are 2 bathrooms with toilette and shower at the ground floor.
It is located 350 meters from the sandy beach of Mas Pinell the and it is located in a a family-friendly neighbourhood. It is a privileged area of the Costa Brava, located near the towns of Torroella, Pals and L'Estartit. Mas Pinell is a large and quiet residential area, away from the bustle of the town, which has a long sandy beach overlooking the Medes Islands where you will find the peace you are looking for your holiday. Mas Pinell area is away from the urban core.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included in high season. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent or out of high season, electricity/firewood is NOT included.
