It's located only 80m away from Mas Pinell beach, which has fine sand. It's a privileged zone of Costa Brava, located close to the towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals and Estartit. Mas Pinell is a wide, calm residential zone, away from the hubbub of the towns, with views to the Medes Islands. Mas Pinell zone is quite away from any city noise.
During peak season there are two beach bars and a bar/restaurant in Hotel Clipper in the urbanisation.
The Mare Nostrum appartments don't have elevator.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included in high season. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent or out of high season, electricity/firewood is NOT included.
